Construction Administrator

Location: Woodland, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour

Position Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Construction Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to their team in Woodland. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a busy construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the construction team
  • Coordinate and book employee travel and accommodations
  • Review, code, and process invoices accurately
  • Assist with reviewing and approving employee timecards
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper records
  • Assist with data entry, documentation, and internal tracking
  • Communicate with internal team members to gather information and resolve administrative items
  • Help ensure deadlines and administrative processes stay on track
  • Provide additional administrative support and assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience required
  • Construction industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience processing invoices or working with accounting-related documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable, accurate, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
